Locally owned and operated, Barbacoa began serving common sense food in 1998, providing simple, quickly prepared meals with fresh, wholesome ingredients. Our Holladay location was the first to serve the huge burrito - now Barbacoa’s signature - as well as delicious tacos, burrito bowls and salads.

From any Barbacoa location you can watch as your entrée is prepared in front of you. As it moves down the line, you choose the meat (or no meat), black or pinto beans and fajita vegetables. Then it’s topped as you like it with cheese, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, and your choice of salsa.
