How do I earn free food?  Present your card prior to payment to earn points:

Burrito, Burrito Bowl, Burrito Salad, or Large Soup is 2 points.

Taco, Small Soup, or Kids Meal is 1 point.

Upon earning 25 points, you will receive a voucher for your choice of a free entree or two free tacos.

How do I know how many points I have?  When you use your card, your receipt will show your current point balance, or you can click here to check your balance online.

Is guacamole or a tortilla included in my free entree?  You can add extras to your entree up to a maximum value of $8.00

Can I get points when I order online or by fax?  Yes, just present your card when you pick up your order.

Is there a limit to the points I can earn?  Nope.  If you offer to pick up a big order for the office, you get all the points!

Can I use my voucher on the same visit?  You must complete the transaction that earns your 25th point before your voucher will print.  Once you have the voucher, you can redeem it on the spot.

Do I earn points when I am redeeming my free food voucher?  Sorry, you cannot earn points on discounted items.

What if I forget my card?  You must have your card at the time of purchase to earn points.  You can start another card, but our system does not allow us to combine the cards at the store.

What if I lose my card?  Start a new card.  Unfortunately, we cannot transfer points from your last card, unless you know the card number and have registered the card with us.

Can I still use my orange gift card?  Yes, both styles work as gift cards and rewards cards.

Can I still get an extra $10 on my $100 gift card purchase?  You bet!

Can multiple cards be used on one order?  Sorry, only one card can be used per transaction.

What happens if the internet connection at the restaurant goes down?  You will still accrue points for your puchases, but earned vouchers won’t print until your next visit.

What does it mean to register my black card?  If you register your black card you will be able to check your point balance and gift card balance online.  You will also be eligible to receive coupons and other promotional items from us.  Click here to register your card.
